How can we save power at home, school and work?

This guide is designed for teachers and facilitators working to raise awareness about energy conservation. This has become an increasingly important issue in Nauru as energy prices continue to rise, burdening households and communities. This guide was designed to be used alongside the Save Electricity, Save Money Poster. 

This guide has two sections. The first section, what is energy, covers things like where energy comes from, the difference between non-renewable and renewable energy sources, and why people should try to save energy. The second section, how can we save energy, contains a series of practical activities by which people can reduce energy use.
