What concepts underpin our approach to community awareness building?

Beginning in 2008, Live and Learn worked on building environmental awareness in support of a government regional development project in the Maldives. The project aimed at improving access to services and addressing population and environmental pressures.

This strategy document outlines the approach Live and Learn took to community mobilisation and capacity building. It describes the methodology as well as the holistic rationale of this approach. While it does not describe the plan for their campaign, this document does outline the conceptual framework within which the campaign would operate.
